A book and its cover

When I was a kid I was used to draw on top of the book’s covers I found ugly or not really representative of the story.

Honestly I still do it sometimes. And I also choose books by their covers. ;)

So yeah, covers are important to me, this is way I felt honored when I got asked to “properly” draw one.

And while working on this project it was fun to imagine what people like me would draw on top of it.

The book it’s called “In Obliquo nella Notte”, it’s published by the italian Carta Canta. and it’s an historic novel about clandestine typography in Trento, Italy, in 1510.
